Technique Tuesday

Don't be afraid to be bright! One easy way to use bright colors successfully is similar to the advice on mixing patterns...to ground them with a solid black or white background. Take a look and give it a try!
And just for kicks...if I get TEN comments on this post, I will send out a pack of bright papers to one of the commenters!
