Up for a Challenge? Or Two?

As many of you know, I lead the Faithbooking team over at If It's Groovy. Well, a new month means a new challenge! Deb has taken a unique slant and is offering up a Chinese New Year's-oriented challenge which can be found here: Here's a sneak peek at some of the fun.


And for even further inspiration and fun, check out the Faithbooking challenge here, where we've taken a verse from an often-overlooked Book of the Bible, Song of Solomon. Here's a look at my layout for this month's challenge.

I made a visit to random.org today and of the 19 entries submitted to the Birthday Bash Pretty Ribbon Challenge, the number selected was 16! That means the lucky winner of my challenge is Karen-Lee!

If It's Groovy Birthday Bash Challenge!

What's a birthday without a beautifully wrapped gift?

And what makes a gift beautiful more than ribbon?

My challenge for you is to use ribbon in a creative
way on your layout!

Choose one of the following ideas and submit it to me
by Jan. 10th at midnight your time for a chance at a
wonderful gift of your own!

1. Use ribbon to frame a photo  on your layout.

2. Stamp on a ribbon and use it on your layout.

3. Use at least five different ribbons on your layout.

4. Create a flower from ribbon and use on your layout.

5. Braid, twist, or weave ribbon on your layout.

Here is my sample...please forgive the wonky scan! In real life the
ribbon and photo matting are both straight.
